About the role
The role requires a dynamic individual who is passionate about breaking down Industry Barriers to collaboration and will encourage our partners and competitors to work together to reduce cross industry fraud.
What you’ll be doing
1. Use both in-house and third party data, to ensure we are able to identify fraudulent activity on our applications as effectively as possible.
2. Analyse complex datasets in order to interpret trends and make recommendations for process improvements to minimise the impact of fraud on Confused traffic and partners, whilst also demonstrating commercial understanding.
3. Facilitate technical change and where necessary, test changes to our fraud processes.
4. Work alongside our team of Commercial Managers, as point of contact with key panel partners to understand their approach to fraud, co-operating with their fraud teams to implement steps to reduce its impact.
Essential Skills:
5. Appreciation of the impact of fraud on panel KPIs and revenue
6. Excellent written and spoken communication with an ability to maintain and develop relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
7. Familiar with analysing datasets
8. A proactive approach to problem solving, with flexibility to change your approach if required.
9. In-depth knowledge of regulatory and legislative issues relevant to the business.
10. Commercially aware, proactive, forward looking, inquisitive and attention to detail.
