Senior Private Client Lawyer (Private Wealth & Tax) – Aberdeen (Assignment 16633)
A leading Scottish Law Firm is currently seeking a Senior level Lawyer with 5+ years of experience to join its Private Wealth & Tax Team in Aberdeen. The firm is known for its inclusive and collaborative culture, with a strong reputation for high-quality client service. The role offers opportunities to work with a top-ranked team, handling complex estates and tax matters, alongside experienced colleagues across the firm’s network of offices.
The successful candidate will manage complex executry matters, including estates with farming assets, and provide expertise in Will drafting, Inheritance Tax planning, Trust administration, Powers of Attorney, and care fee planning. While a STEP Diploma is advantageous, it is not essential. Interested applicants should be able to work independently and support junior team members.
The firm offers a hybrid working policy, allowing up to 50% remote work. Although full-time hours are the preference, the firm is open to individuals seeking part-time work (4-days). Exec utry/Private Client Lawyer – Perth (Assignment 12856)
Our client, a successful Law Firm located in the heart of Perth’s community, has instructed us to fill a new Private Client/Executry role. The firm is currently seeking a Solicitor or Associate with extensive experience in executry work to join its busy practice on a full-time basis. This position offers excellent opportunities for fast progression for a motivated individual.
Due to the location, the firm prefers applicants with close ties to the Perth area, meaning candidates should either reside locally or be willing to relocate. The firm welcomes candidates at all experience levels who can demonstrate a genuine interest and enthusiasm for this area of work.

Private Wealth Disputes (English Qualified) – Flexible location (Assignment 16497)
Our client, an independent Law Firm headquartered in Scotland, is currently seeking an additional Lawyer to join its reputable Private Wealth Disputes Team. The firm is flexible regarding location, and the position can be based in any of its Scottish offices, including Aberdeen, Edinburgh, Glasgow, or Inverness. There is also an opportunity to work remotely.
The successful candidate will join an expanding team that specialises in private client disputes. You can expect to handle a range of complex disputes under English law, as well as cross-border cases, for a broad spectrum of clients, including trustees, private individuals, executors, and corporate or institutional clients. You will also acquire experience in alternative dispute resolution (ADR) techniques, including negotiated settlements, mediation, and court litigation.
The desired candidate will be English qualified and between 1-3 years’ PQE with a strong background in litigation and dispute resolution.
Conveyancing Solicitor – Galston (Ayrshire) / Hybrid (Assignment 16491)
We are offering a unique opportunity to join a successful firm in Ayrshire as a Conveyancing Solicitor. The firm specialise in agricultural law, offering tailored legal services to meet the needs of rural communities, particularly those living in the countryside.
In this role, you will be involved in a broad range of property matters, primarily focusing on residential conveyancing, with opportunities to work in rural, commercial, and executry conveyancing.
The position is open to candidates at all levels, from Newly Qualified (NQ) solicitors to those with extensive experience. While experience in rural conveyancing is desirable, it is not essential, as training will be provided.

Our client is currently seeking an Associate for its Private Client Team in Edinburgh. This full-service Law Firm offers a variety of services including Private Client, Family, Employment and Corporate Law.
This is an interesting role, and it will involves managing client portfolios in trusts, high-net-worth or cross-border executries, tax planning, and family business planning. The successful candidate will support contentious private client work, such as will challenges, beneficiary disagreements, legal rights claims, and complex trust issues.
The team is keen to speak with individuals who have at least 4 years post qualification experience in a private client focused role, ideally with experience in tax and trusts. The ideal candidates will possess qualifications such as STEP, ATT, or CTA (or be working towards them), and the team will provide support in these qualifications if required.
