This role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact on Year 6 pupils as they prepare for their SATs exams. As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the class teacher to provide targeted support, helping students to build confidence and achieve their full potential.
Responsibilities:
1. Working one-to-one or with small groups to reinforce key concepts
2. Supporting lesson delivery
3. Helping to manage classroom activities
4. Tracking pupil progress
5. Offering encouragement to foster a positive learning environment during this crucial period
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, approachable, and committed to supporting children's educational success. Experience working with primary-aged children is desirable, but a positive attitude and a willingness to learn are equally important. Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with pupils and staff are essential.
