Bookkeeper - About The Role
As the Bookkeeper, you will play a key role in managing and maintaining accurate financial records. Leveraging your SAP expertise, you'll ensure seamless financial operations while contributing to the organisation's overall success.
Key responsibilities:
1. Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger reconciliation, and payroll processing
2. Utilise SAP software for financial data entry, reporting, and analysis
3. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
4. Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow
5. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
6. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and auditing processes
7. Provide support during month-end and year-end closings
The successful Bookkeeper will have/be:
1. Proven bookkeeping experience
2. Advanced knowledge of SAP financial modules is essential
3. Available immediately or on short notice
