The Customer Experience Leader role focuses on improving the customer experience, positioning you at the heart of our restaurant's customer dining areas. Your main responsibilities include welcoming customers, creating ‘feel-good moments’, overseeing cleanliness of dining areas and toilets, and working closely with the management team to enhance service quality.
As part of a fast-paced, energetic team, you'll deliver exceptional service, build rapport naturally, uplift team morale, and seek ways to exceed customer expectations. Respectfulness, resilience under pressure, and proactive improvement suggestions are key. You should be skilled in customer recovery and creating positive experiences, maintaining high energy levels while working efficiently.
This position requires availability from Monday to Saturday, with working hours between 8:00 am and 7:00 pm.
