Responsibilities:
1. Curriculum Support:
Assist Curriculum Leads and Lead Teachers in creating, organizing, and assessing a flexible curriculum.Address the diverse needs of children and young people with complex the curriculum to align with individual Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs).Ensure the curriculum integrates with broader educational frameworks.
2. Transition Support:
Facilitate the transition of learners from community or home-based learning to school or hub learners' confidence and readiness for educational integration.Participate in school development initiatives, particularly in curriculum and educational strategies.
3. Advocacy and Support:
Advocate for young people and their families, ensuring their voices are heard and their needs are met.Utilize a collaborative and multi-agency approach to support.Prioritize holistic development, health and safety awareness, risk management, and mobile between locations to provide community-based positive changes and encourage learner participation.
