We are seeking a talented Accidental Damage Fraud Investigator to join our client who is a leading insurance and technology organisation in Manchester. This role offers an exciting opportunity to protect the business and customers from fraud by investigating suspected fraudulent Accidental Damage claims.

Location: Salford Quays, Manchester. Hybrid working with 4 days at home and 1 day in the office.

The Role
As an Accidental Damage Fraud Investigator, you'll manage a portfolio of suspected organised/opportunistic accidental damage claims, conduct interviews, and collaborate with internal colleagues and third-party suppliers. The role offers a dynamic work environment and the opportunity to make a significant impact.
Key Responsibilities of the Fraud Investigator - Accidental Damage:
* Manage suspected accidental damage claims in accordance with company procedures and SLAs
* Conduct telephone interviews with customers and engage external suppliers
* Perform open source and desktop enquiries using various databases
* Assess evidence and provide regular updates to involved parties
* Meet agreed fraud KPIs and targets while ensuring compliance with company policies
Required knowledge and experience for the Fraud Investigator - Accidental Damage role:
* Proven track record of managing a caseload with adherence to SLAs
* Strong understanding of FCA, Consumer Duty, and FOS
* Good understanding of the motor insurance industry
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
* Self-motivated with a proactive approach and positive attitude
