Business Development Executive
Synchro have partnered exclusively with a dynamic and innovative software company in the East Midlands, and we are hiring for an Business Development Executive with a keen interest in technology and software.
You will ideally have relevant experience and be comfortable and competent with outbound calling and generating new business sales. This role will require sales demonstrations to be booked, targeting a large number of prospective customers and clients.
You will be target and KPI driven. You will have excellent communication skills.
This organisation is headquartered in Oakham in the East Midlands, however extensive hybrid remote working is on offer here, with 1 day per month in the office required.
For the right candidate, there are extensive opportunities to develop and progress within this role and organisation.
Required skills & experience
Experience in a similar outbound sales, telesales, or business development role
* Solid understanding of IT and technology systems across the MS Office suite
* A keen interest in software and new technology.
* A strong aptitude for learning new systems and technologies quickly and efficiently.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with colleagues, customer, suppliers and stakeholders at differing levels.
Role Summary
Role: Business Development Executive
Location: Oakham, East Midlands – extensive hybrid remote working is on offer here, as mentioned above.
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 base salary – OTE £40,000 plus further excellent benefits.
