This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced ERP System Support Analyst to join an international manufacturing business as they continue to expand their in-house Technology function. You will provide expert support to a variety of applications into the USA userbase, working on USA business hours of 2pm - 10pm (GMT). As part of their continued growth into international markets, they are now recruiting for a System Support Analyst to join the technology function to support the userbase in the USA. Description As the ERP System Support Analyst, you will provide software support for the organisation's central applications, predominantly at a 2nd Line level. This will be centrally focused around the ERP system, but you will have the chance to support a range of additional business critical software applications. You will work as part of a team, identifying issues through root cause analysis, troubleshooting to resolution, and escalating issues to the relevant Subject-Matter-Expert where necessary. In addition to the core elements of support, you will develop and maintain documentation, train staff on the use of new systems, and have input on project plans. The role will support the company's USA users, and therefore you will operate within USA business hours, which will work between 2pm - 10pm (UK time). The role will offer hybrid working flexibility, and will be office-based 3 days per week. As a result, we are looking for someone locally-based to Desborough. Profile As the successful applicant for the ERP System Support Analyst role, you will have the following experience: A minimum of 2-3 years commercial experience in an Application Support role at the 2nd Line level. This will preferably include support of an ERP system, such as SAP, JD Edwards, or an equivalent core business system. Knowledge of EDI processes and documents. SQL experience would be highly beneficial. Excellent communication skills. Ability to work effectively, both independently, and within a team.
