Arranging interviews, feedback management, closing and post-placement follow up Actively networking with candidates and industry connections, market mapping and using various databases and social media Generating leads from interactions with industry professionals and keeping up to date with market news Hitting daily targets and KPI's What we are looking for Sales mindset (as mindset trumps skill set every day of the week) Degree educated Self-motivated, ambitious and target driven Confident and articulate presentation in person and on the phone (both cold and warm calling) Strong communicators with a sense of humour Able to work in a high pressure environment Entrepreneurial with an interest in sales and finance True desire to be a sucessful recruitment consultant in a fast paced and niche industry Edmund & Evans are unable to come back to all responses due to the high number of applications.
