Typical Shifts are:
1. Waking Nights 21:30 – 07:15
2. Days no less than 7.5 hrs. per shift – long days 7:00 AM – 21:45
3. Mornings 7:00 – 14:30
4. Afternoons 14:15 – 21:45

Team Leaders with a passion for enhancing the quality of life of the people we support are at the heart of our management teams. We’re currently searching for a fantastic Team Leader to join us in leading our residential service / ABI (Acquired Brain Injury) service in Rochester. This service is a welcoming and friendly environment with a dynamic team that supports a fantastic group of people!
As a Team Leader with us you'll be helping people to gain more independence in their daily lives, whilst assisting the Manager with the day-to-day supervision and management of the service. Responsibilities include:
* Allocating shifts
* Booking in training
* Inducting new colleagues
* Conducting supervisions and appraisals
* Developing and updating care plans
* Ordering medication
* Ensuring the people we support are assisted in managing their finances
* Day-to-day management of the service in the absence of the manager

We require our Team Leader to have previous experience in a similar role and a Level 3 in Health & Social Care. Candidates should have experience handling medication and delegating amongst a large staff team, as well as experience working with individuals with acquired brain injury, complex individuals with mental health needs, traumatic backgrounds, and challenging behaviours.
