Reuters is seeking a Customer Marketing Manager to join our marketing team in London. About the Role As our Customer Marketing Manager, you will: Plan and execute Customer Marketing (CRM) campaigns, account-based marketing plans, and other initiatives aimed at onboarding new customers, enhancing engagement, and unlocking value across the customer lifecycle. Coordinate multiple projects, utilising strong project management skills to ensure campaigns and initiatives are delivered on time and meet key performance metrics. Analyse and report on key metrics to track campaign and activity performance against targets, identifying areas for improvement and optimisation. Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Brand, Growth Marketing, Product, and Commercial Excellence to ensure alignment and deliver best-in-class customer communications. Embed an ‘always-on’ approach to test-measure-learn, using data-driven insights to continuously improve customer and commercial results. Gather feedback from sales, commercial excellence and customers directly to implement and optimize initiatives and campaigns. Utilize digital tools and seek innovative opportunities to increase client engagement. About You To be our Customer Marketing Manager you will likely have: Experience in customer marketing within the technology or media industry is ideal. A positive, customer-centric attitude with strong commercial curiosity and a continuous improvement mindset. Proficiency with CRM platforms and strong knowledge of marketing technology solutions (i.e. Eloqua, HubSpot, Hootsuite etc). Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including copywriting A team player who can build strong relationships across the organisation. Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail. Data-driven mindset with a focus on testing, learning, and optimising.
