PETA Ltd are proud to be working with Cheeky Rascals Ltd to recruit and train a Customer Service Administration Apprentice to support the operations teams, using accurate processes to ensure ultimate customer satisfaction.
This role is open to 2024 school/college leavers.
Training to be provided:
Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard. You will complete a 15-month apprenticeship which includes 12 days at the PETA training centre in Cosham. You will be supported every 6 weeks with visits from your PETA Learning & Development Coach.
About the role:
The Customer Service Administration Apprentice will be working with the administration team to support the business needs across a range of activities. Duties will include, but are not limited to:
1. Inputting customer orders and checking them before despatch
2. Checking / taking payments
3. Answering the phone
4. Responding to and helping customers with any order or product queries
5. Troubleshooting with customers
6. Updating customer order portals
7. Answering Live chat and 'Whatsapp' queries
8. Interacting with couriers
9. Supporting and aiding your team members
10. Adhoc administrative duties in line with your role
