They are seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Design Manager to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and inspire a creative in-house design team, taking the reins of our brand's visual direction across packaging, digital, print, and events. Key Duties/Responsibilities include but may not be limited to: Team Leadership & Project Management Lead, mentor, and inspire the in-house design team to deliver high-quality, on-brand creative work. Manage the teams workload by assigning tasks, setting priorities, and tracking timelines. Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with brand standards. Work closely with the marketing team to create strong, cohesive campaigns that drive engagement and sales. Product Artwork & Packaging Develop product artwork from concept to print-ready files. Liaise with the NPD department, printers and suppliers to finalise product finishes. Photoshoots Collaborate with the marketing team on creative campaign concepts. Support photoshoot planning, including props, set design, and shot list development. Presentations Design visually impactful presentations for key customers using Adobe Creative Suite (particularly InDesign). Events Design promotional assets such as flyers, banners, event stands, and digital materials for event marketing. Visual Marketing Support Work with marketing to visually interpret briefs that engage customers and support commercial goals. Ensure brand messaging is consistently communicated across all channels. Website & Digital Presence Collaborate with e-commerce and marketing teams to ensure the website is visually compelling and conversion-focused. Create visually consistent and engaging email designs aligned with campaign objectives. Essential Criteria: 5+ years in graphic design, with at least 1 year in a senior or managerial role. Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator). Solid understanding of print production, packaging, and digital design. Highly organised, with excellent time management and attention to detail. Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. Passionate about storytelling through design and driving brand consistency.
