Job summary Managing a team of specialist nurses whilst managing your own case load, you will be motivated, forward thinking and able to plan and prioritize care for patients with complex health care needs. Main duties of the job The team provides Nurse Led clinics and a range of services to patients referred into them from GP's and Hospital teams, including, Contact tracing, DOT & TB screening. You will also work alongside a team of Respiratory Consultants and in Conjunction with other Nurse Specialists who may be based at different locations.
