We are looking for Teaching Assistants to join us from September on a full-time basis. This will start as a temporary role through our trusted recruitment partner and will become a permanent role.

Salary: £12.90 per hour

Responsibilities:
* Provide one-to-one and small group support to students with Social, emotional and mental health needs
* Assist in implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavior management strategies
* Support students in accessing the curriculum and participating in classroom activities
* Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment
* Collaborate with teachers, SENCO, and other staff to meet the needs of students effectively
Requirements:
* Previous experience working with children or young people with SEMH needs is desirable
* You MUST have a visa to work in the UK (we are not able to offer sponsorship)
* Strong understanding of SEMH and its impact on learning and behavior
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Patience, empathy, and resilience in supporting students with diverse needs
* Enhanced DBS check or willingness to obtain one
