What does the role involve?
You’ll be taking incoming calls from retired Homeowners, responding to a variety of situations including emergencies (i.e. accidents, fires, floods), fire panel alarms, security entry calls or speaking to people keen to hear a friendly voice.
Logging each call in our CRM system to ensure the information is accurate and sufficiently detailed at all times. Remaining alert to ensure you are ready and available for your next customer.
A flexible, friendly and responsive approach is essential. No sales, just great customer service!
About you
Firstly, you will have at least one year’s experience as a telephone-based customer advisor. In addition, you will possess extensive customer service experience, for example, from retail, hospitality or care sector.
Above all, you will be a great listener and communicator and, as a Senior member of the team, you will role model exceptional levels of motivation, reliability, resilience, empathy, flexibility and the ability to remain calm in a crisis.
A high standard of written and spoken English and good IT skills is essential.
