Job role:
Join our dynamic team as a Clinical Application Trainer, playing a key role in the implementation and training of our global Reporters on Medica’s clinical systems. Collaborate with IT, Deployments, and Onboarding teams to deliver exceptional training on clinical applications (such as PACS, RIS, VR), and teleradiology workflows. You’ll ensure smooth transitions for new users, maintain training materials, and provide ongoing support to enhance user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver virtual and in-person training on clinical systems and workflows.
2. Support users post-deployment, resolving challenges and improving processes.
3. Manage and track training requests and maintain CRM records.
4. Create and update training manuals and documentation.
5. Collaborate with internal teams on deployments and process improvements.
6. Provide cover for colleagues and support on internal clinical IT systems as needed.

Requirements:
1. Deliver high-quality systems-based training to diverse audiences in various formats (e.g., one-to-one, group, virtual)
2. Communicate effectively across all levels and methods (verbal, written, presentations)
3. A self-motivated individual with strong prioritisation skills to meet deadlines and manage shifting priorities independently
4. Create end-user training materials, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
5. Excellent planning, presentation, and interpersonal skills
6. Effective team player with excellent time management and organisational abilities
7. Proficient in common software packages (e.g., Microsoft Office)
8. Understand and maximise resource efficiency through effective work practices
9. Flexible with working hours and happy to work on a rota basis
