Job Title: Financial Accounts Assistant
We have an exciting opportunity for a Financial Accounts Assistant to join our team in Financial Accounting at NHS Golden Jubilee.

What You'll Do
As part of a strong team, you'll challenge yourself, build a career, and contribute to our vision of continuous improvement through excellence, compassion, and expertise. The role involves:
* Supporting the Financial Accountant, Assistant Financial Accountant, and Financial Accounting Officers in achieving Accounts Payable, Receivable, and Treasury objectives.
* Processing Accounts Payable and Receivable invoices accurately and promptly, adhering to departmental timelines.
* Inputting and processing financial information, completing routine transactions in accordance with procedures to ensure the continuity of supplies and services.
* Supporting the completion of various finance projects as directed.
Candidate Requirements
We are looking for a motivated individual with:
* Excellent Excel and IT skills, with knowledge of all Microsoft Packages.
* Good communication skills.
* Experience working in a finance environment (preferred but not essential).
