Job summary We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic Junior Operational Manager to join our Medicine & Emergency Care Business Unit. The successful post holder will support the senior team and have responsibility for the delivery of safe and effective Patient Flow throughout the Trust, alongside responsibility for an Operational Services Manager patch including Discharge Lounge, 2 wards & Procedures Unit.
