The Role
Building Services Project Manager responsible for design, installation and maintenance of M&E, facilities & equipment packages (lifts, escalators, lighting upgrades) on a range of retail projects on a nationwide basis.
Experience, Knowledge & Qualifications
For this role you must possess the following;
Strong knowledge of M&E and Design (Essential)
Working collaboratively with the larger Project Team
Industry Electrical or Mechanical qualification (Essential)
Design and Co-ordination experience
Knowledge of Industry regulationsDuties
Reviewing installation plans and specifications to match building / client specifications
Advising the design team on the co-ordination of services within the overall building design
Reviewing prices for services work
Testing and checking installations
Making sure that projects meet building regulations and health and safety requirements.
Attending meetings and presenting ideas and progress reports to managers and clients.
