As an IT Business Systems Support Admin, you will help with a variety of internal projects, ensuring successful delivery and smooth operations across multiple systems. Your expertise will help drive the development, maintenance, and support of crucial systems like ESR, Mail Manager, BT Cloud, and Dynamics 365 CRM. You will be responsible for writing project documentation, supporting system testing, creating training materials, and providing crucial administrative support. What you will be doing: Use ESR and Data Load Scripts for staff record updates, work structure management, technical mergers, and payroll consolidations. Resolve complex client ESR queries and provide daily support. Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for Mail Manager, BT Cloud, and Dynamics systems. Ensure system integration by testing and resolving issues in Test and Production environments. Support operational teams with Mail Manager and Dynamics systems as needed. Create and maintain training materials, delivering sessions on system updates for ES employees. Assist with project planning, delivery, and reporting using MS Project, and collaborate with clients on project timelines. Raise and maintain issue logs with third-party suppliers, identify testing issues, and provide general administrative support. What you will bring: Proficient in Oracle/ESR systems. Expertise in Information Systems. Demonstrable experience in process mapping and re-engineering. Demonstrable ability to apply problem-solving skills in sophisticated scenarios. It would be great if you had: Prince2 Foundation or Practitioner certification. Deep understanding of ESR Work structures module and Technical Mergers. Knowledge of NHS systems and operations. Solid understanding of Data Protection Act (DPA) and GDPR.
