About the service
This service supports an active gentleman within his own home on a 1-1 basis. The gentleman is deaf and communicates using a mix of BSL and Makaton; therefore, strong communication skills are an essential quality for the role.
The gentleman enjoys being social and is an upbeat fun person who has a love for animals. You will assist him to be as independent as possible, supporting him to attend his daily activities which include going to football, discos, and the day centre he attends.
