We are actively recruiting for a Team Supervisor within a Help Desk environment. You should preferably come from a help desk background and either are a Supervisor or who are looking to take the next step into a managerial position. This is a brand new position due to growth and is working in the Quality Assurance Division.
The company based on the outskirts of Basingstoke is looking for someone who can deal with escalations, be process driven, handle rotas and take ownership of the more challenging calls. You will be supporting the manager with 1-2-1 and development reviews. They currently have 11 agents and you will be assisting the team in ensuring the smooth running of the department.
You should be IT literate and preferably come from a telephony/IT background.
In return the company offer a salary of up to £38,000pa with free car parking, subsidised canteen and strong promotional prospects. In addition overtime is offered to candidates.
