Job Description The Procurement & Supply Chain Intern is responsible for keeping track of assets and spare parts as they move within Europe and around the world, ensuring that systems accurately represent the true status of these items and informing various stakeholders of potential delays. The position requires great problem solving abilities and strong communication skills. Responsibilities Review and consolidate internal demand provided by Product Lines and prioritise based on expected lead times and urgency. Investigate asset and spares locations through communication with internal stakeholders around the world. Learn to use SLB internal Business Systems with aim to become local expert. Be responsible for ensuring information is accurate and current on internal Business Systems. Suggest and implement improvements to ensure information remains accurate. Identify and address potential supply chain risks, such as shortages, delays, or quality issues, through proactive planning and communication. Participate in incident investigations and remedial work plans. Comply with SLB and local procedures, code of conduct applicable to the job function. Qualifications Analytical Skills, advanced understanding of Microsoft tools Knowledge of SAP systems preferred but not essential Great communication skills Knowledge of and interest in the Oil & Gas sector Ability to work within a dynamic and diverse team Good organizational skills BlueFlex (if eligible): We are open to flexible, hybrid working with a combination of on-site & home working days.
