Experience required…
Essential:
8. Extensive experience in either the development or oversight of construction stages for buildings, leisure centers, and schools
9. Proven track record of working on UK infrastructure projects
10. Significant project and/or program management experience post-qualification
11. In-depth knowledge and practical experience with project management techniques
12. Proficient in administering construction contracts as a Contract Administrator, Employer’s Agent, and/or Project Manager
13. Strong understanding of legislation affecting building contracts
14. Excellent oral and written communication skills
15. Methodical approach to work and problem-solving
16. Ability to absorb and assess complex information quickly
17. Strong skills in problem-solving, negotiation, financial management, and numeracy
18. Advanced proficiency in ICT, including MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
19. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and manage team members effectively
Desirable:
Membership in one of the following professional bodies is preferred or required:
20. MRICS (Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors)
21. MAPM (Member of the Association of Project Managers)
22. MCIOB (Member of the Chartered Institute of Builders)
