MTrecs new career opportunity Our client are specialists in their market sector, they are looking for as Metal Fabricator to join them on a permanent basis. The Job youll do As a Welder / Fabricator, you will play a crucial role in manufacturing components with the utmost precision. You will work with a variety of metals, including stainless steel and aluminium to produce high-quality welded and fabricated components. The role requires close collaboration with our production and engineering teams to ensure products meet stringent specifications and quality standards. Perform TIG and MIG welding on various metals. Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications to fabricate components accurately. Collaborate with production and engineering teams to maintain optimal workflows and meet project deadlines. Working with various sections, plate, laser cut and machined components 1-30 mm thick. Conduct quality checks and inspections to ensure all work meets industry and company standards. Follow safety guidelines and contribute to a safe working environment. About You Time-served Welder or Fabricator (using MIG or TIG), with a minimum NVQ Level 3 in Fabrication / Welding or equivalent and proven experience in a manufacturing or engineering setting. Demonstrated experience with variety of metals including stainless steel and aluminium. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings accurately. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality work. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Good communication skills to support collaboration within production. The Rewards and the Benefits Remuneration: £14.00 - £16.50 per hour depending on experience. 39 hours over 4 days.
