Are you passionate about systems and looking for a new challenge? The eRostering service is expanding and we are looking for a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join the eRostering Team on a permanent and full-time basis.
The role of eRostering Systems Administrator is a varied and busy role in which the post holder will provide in-depth systems support and guidance to our end-users across the wider organisation, as well as being responsible for maintaining the system on a day-to-day basis.
You will have good communication and organisational skills and also be able to work using initiative. You will pay close attention to detail and have the enthusiasm and drive to gain a thorough understanding of our software. You will strive to become one the Trust’s super-users in all aspects of the system in terms of its functionality and scope.

Duties will include ensuring the system has the most up-to-date workforce
information available by completing system syncs, and correcting discrepancies found between the eRostering and ESR systems.
You will also be providing telephone and email support for our end users, troubleshooting complex problems, supporting the co-ordination of system-based training sessions and fulfilling reporting requirements.
Assisting the eRostering Support Officers, you will also support with the
administration of software upgrades and associated test environment activity, as well as supporting with the successful transfer of the payroll files from HealthRoster to ESR.
We are looking for a strong team player who is passionate about technology and its role within a healthcare environment. The candidate must feel confident with IT systems and/or software. Specific knowledge of electronic rostering systems is preferred however not essential and training will be provided.
Core working hours are 08:30-17:00 Monday to Friday. Flexible working would be considered.
