Qualifications & Experience Experience: At least 2 years in a supervisory role within a residential childcare setting. Knowledge: Strong understanding of relevant legislation and regulations governing children’s homes. Qualification: Minimum Level 3 in Residential Childcare (or equivalent), ideally having a Level 5 in Leadership & Management or working towards. Licenses: Driving License required.
