The major product categories distributed by VOW include: Office Essentials, Paper Supplies, Electronic Office Supplies, Facilities Supplies, Technology and Machines and Furniture. VOW also carries its own brand Q-Connect range.
VOW offers a wide range of business services including marketing initiatives, e-commerce solutions, business development programmes and logistics options, all of which help to grow VOW's Resellers' businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
1. CRM Completion: Input and maintain accurate customer information, sales leads, and opportunities into the company CRM system to support effective follow-up and sales processes.
2. Order Processing & Administration: Assist in the processing of orders, including managing emails, handling customer queries, and ensuring that orders are completed accurately and efficiently.
3. Customer Calls & Support: Provide telephone support to customers and Business Development Managers (BDM), responding to inquiries and assisting with sales and service-related issues.
4. Review Historical Opportunities: Analyze and review past sales opportunities that have lapsed, input findings into the CRM, and work with the sales team to explore potential follow-up actions.
5. Large Volume Order Processing: Assist in processing a high volume of orders, ensuring that all details are accurately recorded, and orders are processed in a timely manner.
6. Holiday Cover: Provide administrative cover during holiday periods, ensuring the smooth continuation of day-to-day activities and liaising with the sales team to address any new opportunities or urgent tasks.
7. Quote Generation: Assist with the preparation and delivery of quotes to customers via email and phone, ensuring all customer requirements are accurately captured and pricing is communicated clearly.

1. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
2. Organised with a keen attention to detail.
3. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
4. Proactive and eager to learn in a dynamic environment.
5. Comfortable with technology and computer systems (CRM, email, Microsoft Office).
6. Ability to work well within a team and support colleagues when necessary.
Desired Qualifications:
1. GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English.
2. A passion for business administration and customer service.
