Main duties of the job
As an RMN with Nurseplus, you will take on a dynamic role that allows you to make a real difference every day. Key responsibilities may include:
1. Managing acute episodes and responding to mental health crises, de-escalating aggressive or high-risk behaviour.
2. Offering therapeutic support such as one-to-one counselling, group therapy, or cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT).
3. Developing and monitoring individualized care plans to support emotional and mental well-being.
4. Advocating for patient rights, ensuring dignity and respect in every interaction.
5. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive and compassionate care.
6. Assessing and monitoring at-risk patients for signs of suicidal ideation or self-harm, intervening swiftly to ensure safety.

What We Need From You
13. A current and unrestricted NMC registration.
14. At least six months of UK-based paid experience
15. The right to work in the UK.
16. A good standard of English and effective communication skills.
