We make everything from scratch so this is a role for a Commis Chef who really loves fresh ingredients. Your main duties will involve: Prepare, cook and present perfect food in accordance with company standards therefore exceeding guest satisfaction at every eating occasion Taking PRIDE in maintaining highest standards of cleanliness and safety Adhere to safety and hygiene regulations at all times Adhering accurately and consistently to portion controls Carrying out stock rotation to ensure all food items are within their shelf life, including maintaining correct storage conditions Ensuring the kitchen operation is maintained to the highest of standards with regards to cleanliness and maintenance What we are looking for: Minimum 6 months chef experience Ability to work on your own initiative Desire to learn, improve and train from those around you A proud individual that always strives to deliver their best Passion for fresh food
