Job Title: PA and Office Manager
Salary: Up to £32,000
Location: LS12 with parking on site
Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00 (flexible on start/finish times if needed)

The company we're recruiting for is a successful construction business that has grown in recent years and is looking for a brilliant PA and Office Manager to ensure all processes run smoothly.
Working closely with the Directors and team on site, you'll provide a range of administration support to the business, including office and project support, health and safety, HR, and finance. This is a very busy role, so you'll need to be excellent at prioritizing and adapting to urgent tasks while managing the team's expectations.
This role is perfect for organized PAs and Office Managers looking for a busy role in a friendly office with a great sense of humor.
Responsibilities:
* First point of call for the business, whether it be by phone, email, or on site.
* PA Duties - managing Directors' diaries, attending meetings, taking minutes, booking travel, accommodation, and arranging events.
* Finance - managing accounts, PO numbers, invoicing, and payments.
* Admin - creating presentations, ordering supplies, and ensuring filing is up to date.
* Ad-hoc tasks as needed, such as tracking compliance and Health and Safety.
Skills/Experience Required:
* Experience in a similar role supporting Directors and a wider team.
* Strong finance skills with experience in managing accounts and invoices.
* Familiarity with QuickBooks is preferred.
* Ability to coordinate multiple deadlines.
