We are delighted to be partnering with a leading UK law firm to recruit a Sports Solicitor to join their dedicated Sports Team. This firm is recognised for its exceptional expertise in defending public liability (PL) and employers' liability (EL) claims, representing sports governing bodies, clubs, competitors, and insurers across the UK.
The role:
* Assisting Partners and Principal Associates in defending high-value and high-profile sports-related claims
* Working on complex disclosure and document reviews, including e-Discovery
* Drafting witness statements, instructions to Counsel and experts, and reports to clients
* Conducting legal and factual research on sports litigation matters
* Attending court hearings and client meetings, providing key litigation support
* Managing your workload efficiently while working within a collaborative and supportive team .
About you:
* 0-3 PQE Solicitor, with experience in EL/PL personal injury claims (essential)
* A genuine passion for sport and sports-related legal matters
* Knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules and litigation processes
* Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills
* Strong time management and organisational abilities.
