* Ensuring Coherency of baseline creation, maintenance, and control
* Establishing and managing governance to ensure a consistent application of baseline
* Leading, informing, and proactively contributing to the development of programme control processes and tool sets

* Leading all aspects of change control
* Supporting CAMs (Control Account Managers) in all aspects of baseline and performance
Experience of working in a Project Controls environment specifically in establishing PMB's project change management and supporting artefacts
* Ability to interface with people at diverse levels and skills within the organisation, including senior stakeholders
* Possess a broad and expert understanding of the application of baseline management and change control
* Previous experience Leading a small team
* Experience with SAP is desirable

The Baseline & Performance team provides essential enablers that significantly enhance project success when utilised effectively. This exciting role involves setting up processes and crafting a new development strategy for the UK's largest shipyard. It offers a fantastic chance to work on the multibillion- pound, long-term SSNA program. You'll be collaborating with stakeholders from various organisations and leading teams comprised of individuals from multiple organisations. We offer relocation support packages across all Submarines roles, subject to meeting eligibility criteria.
