Salary: Grade 5/6 £14,668 - £16,733 (FTE £31,069 - £35,444) per annum inclusive of London Weighting Allowance

We are looking for a personable, motivated Senior Teaching Aide to join our busy, vibrant College, to work within our Workstart provision, where our committed workforce is dedicated to empowering and enabling students to achieve sustained employment.
As a Senior Teaching Aide, you will proactively support our students to develop employability skills, access work and voluntary placements, enterprise groups, and you will support students in developing their English and Maths skills. You will be required to lead sessions and prepare, plan and implement employability activities. You will also be required to ensure that an effective level of support and care is on offer to encourage and enable students to participate fully in work activities.
If you have experience of working effectively with students with SEND or barriers to learning and you have the drive and tenacity to establish networks with external stakeholders, we would love to hear from you.
