Our client, a well-established fire protection service based in Horsham, offers a fantastic opportunity for an organised and proactive Contracts Administrator to join their growing team. If you have strong administrative skills and enjoy working in a customer-focussed role, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!The Role:
* Handle incoming calls and schedule jobs for repairs and installations.
* Provide engineers with accurate job sheets and timesheets.
* Keep clients updated on job progress.
* Maintain and update client contract terms via the CRM database.
* Raise purchase orders for subcontractors.
* Work closely with the scheduling team to ensure smooth operations.
* Track and manage job progress to meet deadlines.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Proven administration experience
* Strong customer service skills-you'll be the key point of contact for clients.
* A natural ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
* Experience in scheduling (advantageous but not essential).
What's on Offer?
* Starting salary of £26,000, increasing to £27,332.80 after 6 months.
* Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM.
