A unique opportunity has arisen for a Technical Service Manager to join a dynamic business in East London. This role is critical in delivering high-profile remediation projects across residential blocks, with commercial lowers, while ensuring proactive asset and maintenance strategies are implemented. You’ll work closely with stakeholders, ensuring compliance with regulations and delivering exceptional results that enhance the community. The Role As Technical Service Manager, your responsibilities will include: Developing and implementing hard services asset strategies across the portfolio, with a focus on active fire protection measures and long-term life cycle planning. Supporting the Estate Director in managing CAPEX budgets, forecasts, and expenditure. Leading the development of planned, costed schedules of work and reviewing existing hard services contracts. Managing major works, plant management projects, and ensuring smooth coordination between the remediation and operational teams. Conducting site inspections, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring timely reporting to the Director and stakeholder groups. Advising on Building Safety Act compliance, including the Gateways process and emergency works. About You We’re looking for someone with: Experience managing large-scale, complex building assets, particularly in occupied residential schemes. Proven expertise in delivering planned maintenance and hard services in residential or commercial environments. Knowledge of the Building Safety Act, fire safety legislation, and best practices in technical asset management. Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.
