What You’ll Be Doing Providing essential administrative support to our Financial Planners and Paraplanners. Preparing client documentation, meeting packs, and annual review reports. Managing client portfolios, ensuring data accuracy and compliance. Liaising with providers and clients to process applications, payments, and policy updates. Maintaining and updating CRM systems with client details and financial information. Who We’re Looking For Experience in financial administration, ideally within an IFA, wealth management, or financial planning firm. Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. A proactive approach, with a desire to develop and progress in the financial planning profession.
