Job Opportunity: Sales Manager
We are working with a leading supplier of uPVC windows, doors, and roofline products, recruiting an experienced Sales Manager to cover the East Midlands Region.
Main Responsibilities:
* Achieve customer account targets by developing and implementing a sales strategy aligned with annual sales objectives.
* Develop the customer and product base, which includes:
* Social Housing Providers
* New Build Companies
* Contractors
* Specialist Roofline and Window Stockists
* Window Fabricators
* Roofline Installers
* Window Installers
* General Builders
Key Accountabilities:
* Identify, prospect, and meet potential new clients, leveraging contacts to increase business.
* Research industry trends, related events, publications, and announcements.
* Plan sales approaches and pitches, understanding client needs, and consulting with management on business trends.
* Participate in pricing solutions and services that meet margin expectations.
* Attend industry events and provide feedback on market trends.
* Act on new business leads promptly and provide weekly and monthly progress reports.
* Provide sales forecasts and activity updates.
* Build strong relationships with internal departments to ensure teamwork.
Key Experiences:
* Experience in senior sales, sales management, or business development roles.
* Experience selling GRP and uPVC roofline products to contractors, local authorities, and the housing market.
* Results-driven with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
* Ability to build and develop effective relationships.
* Strong industry insight and knowledge of market trends and future developments.
