I’m working with a growing, tech-driven business in the financial services space that’s looking for a commercially minded Senior Customer Success Executive to join their high-performing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in owning B2B customer relationships, driving growth through strategic partnerships, and becoming a trusted advisor across a portfolio of clients. Responsibilities:
* Take full ownership of a portfolio of B2B accounts, becoming a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
* Build lasting relationships with stakeholders, identifying opportunities to grow accounts through upsell and cross-sell initiatives.
* Support new customer onboarding and work cross-functionally to ensure smooth integrations.
* Collaborate with internal teams (product, engineering, marketing) to deliver client solutions and meet expectations.
* Represent the business at customer meetings, conferences, and sector events (some UK travel required).
* Monitor and report on account performance, contributing to client success metrics and business goals.
* Mentor and support junior team members where needed, sharing best practices and knowledge.
* Keep ahead of industry trends and evolving client needs to anticipate opportunities.
What We’re Looking For:
* Minimum 4 years’ experience in a B2B Customer Success or Account Management role.
* Experience in tech-driven environments (e.g., SaaS, financial services, consulting, utilities or insurance).
* Proven success managing multiple commercial relationships and driving account growth.
* Strong negotiation and influencing skills, with a commercial and strategic mindset.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills – confident engaging with senior stakeholders.
* Analytical thinker with experience interpreting client data to support decision-making.
* Highly organized, proactive and customer-obsessed.
