The Role
Pastoral Managers play a pivotal role in fostering a positive school ethos and productive home-school links. They are responsible for maintaining a safe and supportive learning environment, enabling students to develop personal excellence and a sense of pride in their year group and school.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement strategies to promote student well-being and academic success.
2. Maintain effective relationships with students, parents, and staff to ensure a collaborative approach to student support.
3. Contribute to the creation of a positive school culture, promoting a sense of community and inclusivity.
4. Collaborate with colleagues to develop and deliver pastoral programs that meet the needs of students.
Requirements
