Salary Information:
£30,000 - £35,000 per annum + Car Allowance
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Community Support Manager to lead our teams in providing essential support services to individuals with complex needs in single-tenancy properties across Macclesfield and Runcorn.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage a team of Support Workers, ensuring high-quality care delivery and effective service management.
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement person-centred support plans, promoting independence and empowerment for service users.
* Conduct regular supervision sessions, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to enhance staff performance and well-being.
* Maintain accurate records, monitoring progress against key performance indicators (KPIs) and identifying areas for improvement.
Requirements:
* Degree in Social Work or related field (e.g., Psychology, Sociology).
* Proven experience in managing teams and delivering community-based support services.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively with external agencies and stakeholders.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (with on-call responsibilities every 6 weeks).
