We’re on the lookout for a new Assistant Manager to join our team!

As an Assistant Manager you’ll: Be part of the management team, stepping up when the General Manager or Deputy Manager isn’t around. With a passion for leading and motivating others, you’ll lead from the front to create memorable experiences that get our guests coming back for more.
Operations Management
1. Assist in the daily operations of the restaurant and bar, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
2. Supervise front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) teams to maintain high service standards.
3. Monitor food and beverage quality, ensuring compliance with company standards and health regulations.
4. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests to maintain satisfaction.
Staff Management
1. Assist in recruiting, training, and scheduling staff to ensure adequate coverage.
2. Provide leadership, motivation, and guidance to employees.
3. Conduct performance evaluations and offer feedback for staff development.
4. Ensure all staff adhere to company policies and operational procedures.
Financial & Inventory Control
1. Monitor sales, costs, and profitability, helping to achieve financial targets.
2. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and expense control.
3. Oversee inventory management, including ordering and stock control.
4. Reduce waste and improve cost efficiency in food and beverage operations.
Customer Experience & Service Standards
1. Ensure high levels of customer service and hospitality are maintained.
2. Train staff on service techniques, menu knowledge, and customer engagement.
3. Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and special events.
