Job title: Compliance Administrator
Job Type: Full-time
Contract Type: Temp role (4 months)
Pay: £28k - £30k per annum (equivalent)
Start date: IMMEDIATE
Accountabilities/responsibilities:
1. General MNE compliance
2. Lifts
3. Asbestos Management
4. FRA
5. Maintain and update compliance records, documentation, and databases.
6. Ensure all compliance-related documents are organised, accessible, and up to date.
7. Assist in preparing and filing reports required by regulatory authorities.
8. Support the development, implementation, and communication of compliance policies and procedures.
9. Assist in tracking employee acknowledgment of policies and training completion.
10. Assist in the development, updating, and dissemination of compliance-related policies and procedures.
11. Educate employees on compliance requirements and organizational policies.
12. Conduct regular internal audits to identify potential compliance risks and areas for improvement.
13. Collaborate with relevant teams to address and resolve non-compliance issues.
14. Prepare reports detailing audit findings and corrective actions.
Key Skills & Experience:
1. Experience in Compliance
2. Social Housing background
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Attention to detail and organizational skills.
6. Proficiency in compliance management software and tools.
7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
