Assistant Property Manager – SW London – up to £35k My client is a long established and highly reputable independent managing agent overseeing a prime London block portfolio (with growing commercial element) from a prestigious Pimlico (SW1) office base. Through immediate new and pipeline property management instructions an additional Assistant Property Manager is required as follows: Providing support to the established block management team, dealing/assisting with all elements of block management from service charge budgeting to insurance provision and major works. The successful Assistant Property Manager will enjoy both training and progression regardless of starting level taking on additional property management responsibilities before eventually progressing on to autonomous portfolio management. At Assistant Property Manager level you will assist with service charge invoice administration, resident / contractor queries by phone and email, insurance claims / administration, contractor management and generally ensure Property Managers are able to effectively oversee their estates.
