The Sales Consultant will be responsible for winning new business for recruitment services in Dubai by engaging with new clients
Business Development
* Identify new qualified leads using company’s CRM system, social media, job boards, referrals from existing clients and candidates and market intelligence.
* Convert qualified leads into client through proactive sales calls, meetings and presenting them excellent candidates matching their needs.
* Keep close contact with existing and potential clients to win new and qualified recruitment opportunities.
* Build rapport with key decision makers in the industry to ensure constant flow of business
Minimum Requirement
* Minimum 3 years of B2B services sales experience (preferably in Dubai, UAE)
* Aggressive Sales Attitude
* Track record of success in sales
* Willing to learn and adapt to fast changing recruitment environment
* Advanced negotiation and persuasion skills
* Hungry for achievements
* Great control on numbers and targets
