Outdoor Education Activities Coordinator/Instructor
Excell Supply are proud to be recruiting for a fantastic Outdoor Education provider in Peterborough. They provide outdoor adventure experiences for individuals, families, and schools across five activity centers. They offer a diverse range of water-based and land-based activities, making outdoor education both engaging and rewarding.
We are seeking a motivated, enthusiastic, and driven Outdoor Education Instructors/ Coordinators to lead the Sports Center into its next stage of development. Ideally located -the centre has great transport links and serves a broad community.

Key Responsibilities
Lead & manage the on-site team to ensure high-quality outdoor adventure sessions.
Oversee the development & growth of the Sports Centre.
Contribute to the expansion, including new developments and centres.
Support the development & maintenance of activity safety documentation & processes.
Manage site-specific safety procedures, ensuring compliance.
What We’re Looking For
✔ Experience in outdoor education
✔ Recognised qualifications & experience in outdoor adventure sports.
✔ Outdoor First Aid Qualification (minimum 16 hours).
✔ Full UK driving license.
✔ Proven management experience in a similar role.
