We are seeking to appoint a qualified, committed, and enthusiastic Lead Youth Worker to join a highly motivated and successful team. The individual appointed will have:
* At least 3 years experience in the youth work sector
* Experience of developing/delivering youth work programmes
* Experience of detached youth work & mental health
* JNC-recognised youth work qualification at Level 3 or above
Purpose
To be responsible for the effective delivery of youth work programmes in a variety of settings, including detached/street-based, educational institutions, and other community settings. The post holder will plan, undertake, and lead youth work projects, supporting a team of youth workers working with them. They will have experience in front-line youth work delivery and leadership and will be youth work qualified to a JNC recognised standard at Level 3 or above.
