FH invites you to join an innovative primary health care team located in one of Canada’s fastest-growing cities. The Surrey-Whalley Urgent and Primary Care Centre (UPCC) has Full-time, Part-time, and Locum opportunities available.
We operate in a team-based care model that includes physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, social workers, clinical counsellors, allied health professionals, and administrative support.
You will participate as a full and active member in the delivery of team-based primary care services through the clinic. You will manage a panel of patients, providing patient-centered and trauma-informed care. Experience in mental health, OAT, and working with at-risk populations will be an asset. Join us to provide timely access to comprehensive, culturally safe, and quality care.
Employment Type: Full Time, Part Time, Locum, Temporary. Duties will be split between longitudinal care and urgent care walk-in services.
